Claudio Reilsono's story is one of determination, persistence, and having the heart to have a dream and go after it with all he had and then achieving that dream! From the time Claudio went to his first Pittsburgh Pirates game at Three Rivers Stadium as an 8 year old he had one goal in mind, and that was to work in professional baseball. Reilsono has built an amazing career: he is considered one of the top professional baseball scouts in the country having signed over 50 players to pro contracts all over the world. Claudio is now the Assistant Scouting Director & the Lead scout for the Paramount Scouting Bureau. Prior to his position with the PSB Claudio was the General Manager of the Global Scouting Bureau. Along with his scouting duties, he is also the Head Baseball Coach at Carnegie Mellon University. (2005) Prior to CMU Claudio held coaching positions at Penn State Beaver, Community College of Beaver County, Duquesne University. Claudio started his coaching career at his alma matter Quaker Valley high school at the age of 18, and he won a college championship his first year as a college head coach at the age of 25 at Penn State Beaver campus.
Claudio uses his baseball and life experiences during his speeches to arm people with a map on how to achieve their goals and for businesses and companies to become successful.
